RESNET Position Opening Position: Quality Assurance Manager Location: Open Full Time: Yes Salary: $40,000.00 to $65,000.00 depending on education and experience Description: The RESNET Quality Assurance Manager conducts official RESNET Field, File and Process Review of all RESNET Providers. He or she is responsible for the day-to-day management of Quality Assurance for RESNET. Duties would include, but not be limited to: Complete a thorough review of an applicant’s quality assurance procedures in applications for Rating Provider accreditation Conduct an annual file review of every quality assurance documentation that each provider submits annually Conduct an online quality assurance file monitoring of 50% of RESNET accredited Rating Providers annually Investigate ethics and compliance complaints filed with RESNET and make a determination based upon the results of the investigation Perform onsite monitoring in response to investigation of compliance complaints, problems discovered in online monitoring and as a term of disciplinary action Utilize the RESNET Buildings Registry and other technology to further make the review of rating providers more efficient Direct input on further development of RESNET QA standards and QA review processes Be resource to RESNET QA Committee and Executive Director in developing and refining processes and procedures for implementation of Quality Assurance standards, analyzing and reporting quality assurance findings and trends and communicating QA standards to Providers Make presentations at conferences and other public events Perform other administrative and program management duties as assigned Experience: While not required, knowledge of the residential energy efficiency industry is helpful, especially the HERS® Index. Being a certified RESNET Quality Assurance Designee is also a plus. Working experience with understanding and following written standards and general quality assurance procedures is also helpful.
