CONFERENCE SPONSOR FAQs

  • When, where, and how is the event happening? We are excited to announce that we are re-introducing our live event, which will take place at the Hilton in Austin, TX February 21-23, 2022. We will also be producing a virtual event on the Vario platform (like this year’s virtual event) from March 10-11, 2022.
  • What are the options for sponsors? Although there will be a crossover with promotion and content, we are treating these as separate events. Therefore, sponsors have the option to either sponsor the event in Austin WITH virtual benefits or only participate virtually through our online expo hall and digital marketing options.  We have refreshed our deliverables to offer more sponsorship opportunities that will enhance our attendee’s experience and create more opportunities for networking.
  • What are the options for exhibiting? For 2022, we will not be hosting a full expo hall, but will offer tabletop booths (see diagram attached) for up to 22 sponsors. The live in-person event will be limited to 400 people, and registration for sponsorship and attendees will be given on a first-come-first-serve basis. Note that premium booths are reserved for sponsors and supplier advisory board members, and not all sponsors are guaranteed space, so we recommend registering early!
