Texas House Bill (HB) 3215 updated the state’s universal energy code compliance pathway to allow builders to use the HERS® Index for energy code compliance across the state, in lieu of the state energy code or any stretch code adopted by municipalities. This represents a new statewide opportunity for builders and their HERS® Rating partners to comply with the Texas Energy Code using the HERS® Index. Learn more about it here! Attendees must print their own badge on a color printer and bring it to the forum, where they will be issued a badge holder and lanyard before joining the forum. If you cannot print your badge at home in color, the venue (Hilton Austin) has a business center. Additionally, there is a UPS Store on-site in the hotel lobby. Please be aware of their respective business hours. Please ensure that you have your badge before entering the forum. When do I get my badge? You will be emailed a copy of your badge, which you will need to print in color to bring to the forum. You will then be issued a badge holder and lanyard. I need to edit information on my badge. What can I do? If you need to edit your name, company, or any other information on your badge, please let us know by emailing conference@resnet.us and we can change your details in our system. I have registered, but not yet received my badge! What happens now? We can resend your badge email, or alternatively, you can print your badge on-site. How can I cancel my participation? Please contact the RESNET Events team at conference@resnet.us Will I be charged a cancellation fee if I cancel? We understand that schedules can change on short notice. However, cancelling by September, 12, 2022 will be subject to a processing fee of $50.00. There will be no refunds offered after September 12, 2022. There are no exceptions. For exhibitors and sponsors, Sponsorships and Exhibitor Booth Sponsorships are contributions made to RESNET to be used for RESNET’s Texas Leadership Forum program. Sponsorships are not refundable once paid. If the RESNET Texas Leadership Forum is cancelled due to uncontrollable factors, your contribution will be used for a future event or events-related program that is defined by RESNET. Requests to cancel must be submitted via email to conference@resnet.us Health and Safety What are your current COVID-19 health and safety plans? RESNET will provide best practices and guidelines based off of local and state requirements. We ask that you follow all local guidelines and laws as issued by local public health and government authorities. Attendees will be required to sign a waiver upon registration to agree that attendance is at their own risk.
