The following changes to the RESNET MINHERS standards take effect July 1, 2025: • Replacement of the 2019 editions of Standards 301 and 380 by the 2022 editions as the core technical requirements for RESNET HERS® Ratings. (MINHERS Addendum 76 and Addendum 81) • ANSI/RESNET/ICC 301-2022 (with Addenda) replaces ANSI/RESNET/ICC 301-2019 (with Addenda) as the core technical requirements for inspections and calculation of the HERS Index. • ANSI/RESNET/ICC 380-2022 (with Addenda) replaces ANSI/RESNET/ICC 380-2019 (with Addenda) as the core technical requirements for leakage and airflow testing required for HERS ratings.
