The following changes to the RESNET MINHERS standards took effect January 1, 2025: • Elimination of sampling for single and two-family dwellings and townhouses (MINHERS Addendum 78f) The following changes to the RESNET MINHERS standards take effect July 1, 2025 • Replacement of the 2019 editions of Standards 301 and 380 by the 2022 editions as the core technical requirements for RESNET HERS® Ratings. (MINHERS Addendum 76 and Addendum 81) • Revision of graded field evaluations, probationary ratings, and rating models for RESNET HERS certifications. (MINHERS Addendum 80) • Revised requirements for sampling dwelling units in multifamily buildings.
