National home builder Stanley Martin Homes has produced a video that features its President Michael Schnitzer explaining to consumers the HERS® Index and why the company has their homes HERS® rated. Stanley Martin Homes builds homes in the markets of Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia and is ranked as the 21st largest home builder in the U.S. by Builder 100 List. In 2021 the company closed on 3,400 homes and was named the 2021 BUILDER Magazine’s National Builder of the Year. The video is posted at Stanley Martin HERS® Video.
