RESNET Submits Draft PDS-02 of Proposed Addendum 53f, Modifications and Clarifications for Implementation of ANSI/RESNET/ICC 301-2019 and ANSI/RESNET/ACCA/ICC 310-2020, for Public Comment Comment period July 28, 2021 – August 26, 2021 RESNET adopted interim MINHERS® Addenda 53i and 55i to incorporate interpretations and clarifications essential to rating software implementation of Standards ANSI/RESNET/ICC 301-2019 and ANSI/RESNET/ACCA/ICC 310-2020 for the RESNET HERS. Those changes are incorporated in proposed final MINHERS® Addendum 53f which also includes criteria to address the transition to Standard 301-2019 for multi-family dwellings. Standards Development Committee 300 submitted the first public review draft PDS-01 Addendum 53f for comment in early 2021. Comments resulted in changes that are incorporated in draft PDS-02. Draft PDS-02 is released for public comment on the changes to draft PDS-01. The draft addendum, comment form, and all comments submitted online are posted at Draft PDS-02, MINHERS® Addendum 53f, Modifications and Clarifications for Implementation of ANSI/RESNET/ICC 301-2019. After the comment period SDC 300 will consider and document each of the comments submitted and make appropriate changes. Any substantive changes will be submitted for public comment in a third draft of the addendum. Public comments will be accepted from July 28, 2021, and ending August 26, 2021.
