RESNET® Announces Standards Action Public Comment Draft PDS-01 MINHERS Addendum 85 PUBLIC COMMENT Proposed Addendum 85 amends the MINHERS® section 303.1 to add a new exception to standard ANSI/RESNET/ICC 301 requirements for the RESNET HERS®. The exception establishes requirements for rating homes where the garage is temporarily converted for an alternative use such as a sales center or construction management office. The draft addendum, comment form, and comments received are posted at Draft PDS-01, MINHERS Addendum 85, Temporarily Converted Garages. Public comments will be accepted from March 12, 2025, through April 11, 2025.
