RESNET®, the governing body of the HERS® Index recently recognized PEG, LLC as a new member of the RESNET “250,000 Homes Club”, achieving over 250,000 HERS-rated homes as of January 6, 2025. PEG accepted an award for 250,000 homes rated from the leaders of RESNET on March 13. This achievement solidifies PEG’s standing as one of the most prolific and respected RESNET-accredited Rating Providers in the nation, and reaffirms its long-term commitment to advancing residential energy efficiency, sustainability, and performance. “PEG continues to set a benchmark for the industry. Surpassing 250,000 HERS® ratings represents not only consistency, but meaningful leadership in promoting energy-efficient home construction,” said Steve Baden, Executive Director of RESNET. PEG first crossed the 100,000-home threshold in 2019, earning a place in RESNET’s “100,000 Homes Club.” In just six years, PEG more than doubled its verified contribution to energy-efficient residential construction, now surpassing 250,000 rated homes. PEG continues to lead the charge in sustainable building practices—offering measurable improvements in comfort, durability, and energy savings for homeowners across the Eastern and Central United States. “This milestone reflects the dedication of our team, the trust of our clients, and the growing impact of high-performance building practices,” said Matthew Cooper, Senior Vice President and COO of PEG, LLC. “Every home we rate represents a step toward a more sustainable future—and we’re proud to help lead that journey.”
