RESNET Proposes a Draft MINHERS Addendum: Draft PDS-02 of Proposed Addendum 37: QAD, Provider and Training Provider Disciplinary Actions RESNET Standard Development Committee 900 has approved draft PDS-02 of Addendum 37: QAD Disciplinary Actions, for public review and comment. Proposed Addendum 37 amends the RESNET Mortgage Industry National Home Energy Rating Standards (MINHERS), Chapter 9 to establish clear criteria for disciplinary actions essential for improving Quality Assurance for RESNET HERS. It was developed to implement the RESNET Board of Directors policy which states, “If the Quality Assurance Designees are found to not properly comply with RESNET’s procedures they are subject to discipline by RESNET up to and including de‐certification as a Quality Assurance Designee” The draft addendum, comment form, and all comments submitted online are posted at Draft PDS-02 MINHERS® Addendum 37, QAD, Provider and Training Provider Disciplinary Actions. After the comment period, the RESNET Standard Development Committee 900 will consider and document each of the comments submitted and make appropriate changes. Substantive changes will be submitted for public comment in a second draft of the addendum. Public comments will be accepted from January 27, 2021 and ending February 26, 2021. RESNET Proposes a Draft MINHERS® Addendum Draft PDS-02 of proposed Addendum 52f: Eligibility Requirements for HVAC Installation Grading RESNET Standard Development Committee 200 approved draft PDS-02 of Addendum 52f: Eligibility Requirements for HVAC Installation Grading, for public review and comment. Proposed Addendum 52f amends the RESNET Mortgage Industry National Home Energy Rating Standards (MINHERS), Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 to establish eligibility requirements for Raters and RFI’s to qualify for conducting HVAC grading used in HERS® Ratings. When completed this final addendum will replace interim Addendum 52i that establishes interim requirements currently in effect. The draft addendum, comment form, and comments received are posted at Draft PDS-02, MINHERS® Addendum 52f, Rater and RFI Eligibility Requirements for HVAC Installation Grading. After the comment period, RESNET Standard Development Committee 200 will consider and document each of the comments submitted and make appropriate changes.
