The International Code Council (ICC) will be considering the Leading Builders of America/Natural Resources Defense Council/Institute for Market Transformation proposal for a home energy rating option to the 2015 International Energy Conservation Code (RE-188) on October 2 – 10 in Atlantic City, NJ. The sponsors of the home energy rating option have drafted a letter of support that will be distributed to the ICC’s Governmental Member Voting Representatives (Code Officials) in the hearing room.
