This cutting-edge application is set to revolutionize the way that HERS® professionals operate, by enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and consistency. With its intuitive interface and functionality, the RESNET QA app enables Providers and their QADs in the field to upload directly to the RESNET online QA Tool database. The RESNET QA app is available on the Apple Store, and Google Play, for download on iOS and Android devices, and online as a Web App for download on laptop and desktop computers. By leveraging the power of the RESNET QA app, RESNET Rating Providers and QADs can: • Access a new and convenient way to meet Industry Quality Assurance Requirements that make QA Review Checklists accessible via desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone • Strengthen our industry’s QA Program by giving RESNET, Providers, and QADs data tracking and performance trends across individual raters, rating companies, and/or regions • Have the ability to monitor the status of each review, check on each QAD’s progress, and easily access summary data for overall Provider compliance • Save reviews “in progress” and receive alerts • Sync QA Review Checklists with the RESNET online QA Tool at the touch of a button • Easily share the results of QA reviews with rating professionals and their managers Since 2017, RESNET has considerably enhanced its quality assurance effort by adding quality assurance staff and investigators. RESNET staff perform enhanced QA annually with providers and their QA staff, through online or on-site review, improving the consistency of the QA process and interpretation of RESNET standards.
