The addendum amends the MINHERS Chapter 3: to recognize HERS® based Ratings for private and government Third-Party Energy Efficiency Programs (EEPs); to define Renewable Energy Certificates and include their ownership status as a minimum rated feature where required; and, to eliminate a redundant exception adding hi-rise multifamily to the scope for the RESNET HERS. An interim version of Addendum 65 (Addendum 65i) is currently in effect that recognizes HERS-based Ratings for Third-Party EEPs. Development of the CO2 Index rating utilizes current Minimum Rated Features and does not require additional data to be collected by raters. BSR/RESNET/ICC 380-202x is the third edition of Standard 380 and establishes the testing criteria for building enclosure and air distribution system airtightness and airflow of mechanical ventilation systems.
