After a public review and comment process the RESNET Board of Directors adopted revisions to Sections 912 and 913 of the RESNET Mortgage Industry National Home Energy Rating Standards. The amendments address “Probation, Suspension and Revocation of Accreditation” for Providers as well as “Appeals Procedures”. The amendments more clearly defines the RESNET provider disciplinary procedures and streamlines the consideration of appeals. The amendment goes into effect on August 1, 2013.
