PUBLIC COMMENT: Draft PDS-01 MINHERS Addendum 78f, Single Family Sampling Addendum 78 implements RESNET’s policy that the RESNET HERS® will be maintained to be consistent with the US EPA ENERGY STAR program policy of not allowing sampling for single-family homes beginning January 1, 2025. An interim version, Addendum 78i, has been adopted that makes the future change clear. It will remain in effect until completion and adoption of the permanent version, Addendum 78f. Public review and comment is announced for the first draft of Addendum 78f. The draft addendum, comment form, and comments received are posted at Draft PDS-01, MINHERS Addendum 78f, Single Family Sampling. Public comments will be accepted from June 12, 2024, through July 12, 2024.
