PUBLIC COMMENT Draft PDS-01 MINHERS Addendum 75 Addendum 75 is a major update to the RESNET® MINHERS Chapter 9 QA requirements. See the comment page for an overview of the changes. Public review and comment are announced for the first draft of Addendum 75. Public comments will be accepted from August 29, 2024, through October 12, 2024. PUBLIC COMMENT Draft PDS-02 MINHERS Addendum 78f Addendum 78f amends Chapter 6 of the RESNET MINHERS to eliminate the option of Sampled ratings for single-family homes beginning January 1, 2025. The addendum implements RESNET’s policy that the RESNET HERS© will be consistent with the US EPA ENERGY STAR program policy of not allowing sampling for single-family homes. An interim version, Addendum 78i, setting the January 1, 2025, sunset date has been adopted and is in effect. Public review and comment are announced for the second draft of Addendum 78. The draft addendum, comment form, and comments received are posted at Draft PDS-02, MINHERS Addendum 78f, Single Family Sampling.
