With over 4 million HERS® rated homes nationwide (and counting!), we are currently seeking a QA Project Manager to assist with the implementation and growth of our cutting-edge programs for energy and water efficiency, carbon, and energy codes. This fully remote full-time position will play an important role on our small, dedicated team, helping to serve a large network of home energy rating professionals, builders, and government and industry stakeholders. Responsibilities The incumbent in this position will work closely with the Senior Staff of the RESNET® QA Team to: • Manage the online enhanced QA reviews of RESNET® Accredited Rating Providers. • Manage and provide oversight of RESNET Accredited Rating Provider Annual QA Reporting. • Provide support to other RESNET QA team projects and activities, including but not limited to: • Technical support and outreach to QADs and other stakeholders. • Support for QA investigations and corrective actions. • Implementation of Home Certification Organization (HCO) responsibilities for EPA and DOE programs such as ENERGY STAR Homes, Zero Energy Ready Homes, and WaterSense Homes. • Development of QA program standards and policies.
