On October 1, 2019, attendees of the 12th annual WaterSmart Innovations Conference will have the opportunity to see firsthand what goes into rating the whole house water efficiency of a home using RESNET’s HERSH2O rating system. The demonstration will feature a water and energy-efficient new home, built by KB Home. The event will include a demonstration of a HERSH2O rating and highlight the water efficiency technologies in the home. The event will start at 2:30 p.m. The following is the schedule for the event: • 2:30 pm: Overview presentation of RESNET and HERSH2O at the South Point Hotel and Conference Center • 3:00 pm: Bus departs for the home site in the Inspirada Community • 3:30 pm: On-site demonstration of indoor and outdoor HERSH2O rating, networking and refreshments • 5:00 pm: Bus arrives back at South Point Hotel The demonstration is free.
