We start 2025 in Arizona, with January RESNET HERS Builder of the Month, Fulton Homes. Fulton Homes has been recognized as ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year, Indoor airPLUS Leader, and EPA WaterSense Partner of the Year, and has done so four times. We asked Dennis Webb, Vice President of Operations, to share some insight on building HERS homes for their customers. Dennis says that Fulton Homes chooses to have their homes HERS-rated because “Consumers should be able to plan what their utility costs will be. They should also be able to compare homes with each other.” He adds that when buying a home, consumers are making one of the largest investments of a lifetime, and should be able to analyze the total cost of ownership. Fulton builds around 500 homes per year.
