The Building Talent Foundation (BTF) honored RESNET as a 2025 Industry Champion, for above-and-beyond commitment, contribution, and collaboration in building a sustainable workforce in residential construction. Sophia Cabido, BTF Fund Development Manager, presented the award during the 2025 RESNET Conference in Tempe, AZ. Since 2023, RESNET has partnered with BTF to assist HERS® Rating companies and HERS Providers in recruiting the next generation of the industry. Through this collaboration, RESNET and the Building Talent Foundation (BTF) have launched the RESNET-branded landing page on BTF’s career platform JobsToBuild.com at https://jobstobuild.com/page/RESNET RESNET Providers, Rating Companies, builders, and other employers receive at no cost, access to the JobstoBuild platform with priority job listings to promote open HERS-related jobs, and connect with qualified candidates. In addition, they receive support from BTF’s network of Engagement Managers, experienced career coaches who help identify exact hiring needs, requirements, and training, and who partner with local training programs, and community organizations to recruit individuals.
