RESNET Releases BSR/RESNET/ICC 1201-2016, Standard Method of Test for the Evaluation of Building Energy Analysis Model Calibration Methods, (R202x), For Comment on Reaffirmation Deadline for Submitting Comments – November 22, 2021 RESNET Standards Development Committee 300 has voted to “reaffirm” ANSI/RESNET 1201-2016, Standard Method of Test for the Evaluation of Building Energy Analysis Model Calibration Methods and authorized its release as BSR/RESNET 1201-202x for public comment. American National Standards must be revised, updated or reaffirmed at least every five years. No changes have been made to the standard since its adoption and none are proposed by SDC 300 at this time. The SDC decision to reaffirm the standard allows the public to comment on the entire standard before it is reaffirmed.
