On February 25 & 26, 2012 the 2012 RESNET Building Performance Conference will offer two days of LEED for Homes Green Rater Training. The LEED for Homes program has a total of 45,000 registered residential units and over 12,000 certified units. Over 14,000 units have been registered in 2011 alone. As of January 1, 2011, all registered LEED for Homes projects must have a LEED for Homes Green Rater on the verification team and HERS® Raters are ideal professionals to conduct the required performance testing and verify the home’s green measures. LEED for Homes Green Raters must meet professional eligibility qualifications, participate in the Green Rater Training, and pass an assessment before verifying LEED for Homes projects. Once in the field, they complete a mentorship before earning their certificate. The result: A strong credible program supported by arguably the most qualified, competent and successful green raters in the industry. Join the USGBC Faculty for the 2 day workshop portion of the training. Upon (and included) in registration, you will receive access to 5 online learning modules that must be completed before arriving to the workshop portion. The training will be offered by the USGBC Faculty. This training will only offered to 2012 RESNET Conference attendees.
