Proposed Standard BSR/RESNET/ICC 301-2022 Addendum A-202x amends the 2022 edition of Standard 301 to add a new Minimum Rated Feature where a Renewable Energy System’s onsite power production is included in the determination of energy ratings. The new MRF would be determining whether Renewable Energy Certificates are associated with Renewable Energy System and if so documenting their ownership status as “retired, retained ownership, sold/transferred, none associated with system or Unknown”. The amendment also adds a definition for Renewable Energy Certificate and modifies the definition of Infiltration Volume for clarity.
