Comments will be accepted on the changes to preliminary draft PDS-01 resulting from the first public comment period as indicated by strike/underline text in preliminary draft PDS-02. The public comment period will be open for 45 days from publishing of the notice in ANSI Standards Action, March 27, 2015, and close May 11, 2015.
