RESNET PROPOSES AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 9 TO REVISE CERTAIN QUALITY ASSURANCE REQUIREMENTS – FIELD QUALITY ASSURANCE REVIEW OF MULTIFAMILY BUILDINGS AND PETITIONS FOR STAY OF ACTION

The RESNET Quality Assurance Committee proposed the changes to the following sections of Chapter Nine:

904.4.2.6 – QA Field Reviews for Multifamily Ratings.

913.4 – Petitions for Stay of Action on Provider Discipline.

This proposed amendment is undergoing the RESNET standard amendment public review and comment process. Interested parties are encouraged to comment on the proposed amendment. Public comments on the proposed amendment will be accepted until August 14, 2014.
