Currently, there is only the generic definition of Quality Assurance Data File. There is no minimum acceptable threshold for the data that must be furnished to the provider and maintained by the provider for 10% File QAs. Proposed Addendum 34 amends the MINHERS® to identify what a QA Data File must include as a minimum. The amendment is intended to improve the consistency, transparency and effectiveness of File QAs. SDC 900 reviewed the comments on the second draft, draft PDS-02, of Addendum 34 and the resulting changes have been incorporated into draft PDS-03. Comments will be accepted on those changes. The public comment period will be open for 30 days beginning March 24, 2020 through May 12, 2020. After the comment period, RESNET Standard Development Committee 900 will consider and document each of the comments submitted and make appropriate changes. Any substantive changes to draft PDS-03 will be provided to the public for comment. When there are no more substantive changes the proposed final amendment will be submitted to the RESNET Standard Management Board for final approval.
