Currently, there is only the generic definition of Quality Assurance Data File. The definition does not establish a minimum acceptable threshold for the data that must be furnished to the provider and maintained by the provider for 10% File QAs. Proposed Addendum 46 amends the MINHERS® to identify what a QA Data File must include as a minimum. The amendment is intended to improve the consistency, transparency and effectiveness of File QAs. The public comment period will be open for 30 days beginning April 22, 2019 through May 21, 2019. After the comment period, RESNET Standard Development Committee 900 will consider and document each of the comments submitted and make appropriate changes. Any substantive changes to draft PDS-01 will be provided to the public for comment. When there are no more substantive changes the proposed final amendment will be submitted to the RESNET Standard Management Board for final approval.
