Draft PDS-02 MINHERS Addendum 75, Update Chapter 9 QA (Opens February 12, 2025)

Addendum 75 is a major update to the MINHERs Chapter 9 QA requirements for the RESNET HERS®. Draft PDS-02 includes changes to Draft PDS-01 made in response to public comments. The few changes to Draft PDS-01 are shown by strike through and underline text in red print and are open for comment. Text with strike through and underline in black print are changes proposed by draft PDS-01 and are no longer open for comment.

The public comment period will begin February 12, 2025, and end March 13, 2025. Comments will only be accepted on changes indicated by strike through and underlined text in red print.

Tips and Reminders for Submitting Public Comments

Comments must pertain to the changes shown in the draft as either strike-through or underlined text in red print. Comments not on the changes under consideration will be rejected.
Comments should include a specific proposed change to the text of the draft open for comment and an explanation sufficient for the review committees to understand the commenter’s concern or objection. Proposed added text must be underlined and text proposed to be removed must be shown using strike-through. If not submitted in this format, the public comment may be rejected.
Do not submit comments on other chapters or on sections or proposed changes that are not identified as open for public comment by red print. Comments not on the proposal under consideration will be rejected.
If you submit public comment representing the collective interests of a group of stakeholders, you are encouraged to submit ONE public comment and identify all stakeholders in that comment. While not required, this expedites the ability of the committees to respond to commenters in a timely manner.
