Proposed Addendum 53f combines the amendments to MINHERS® Chapter 3 of interim addenda 53i and 55i which provide modifications and clarifications essential to updating rating software to implement standards ANSI/RESNET/ICC 301-2019 and ANSI/RESNET/ACCA/ICC 310-2020. The addendum includes changes to technical requirements of Standards 301-2019 and 310-2020 and exceptions that address the transition from Standard 301-2014 to 301-2019 for multi-family dwelling buildings. Draft PDS-01 Addendum 53f was submitted for public comment and some of the comments resulted in changes to the proposed addendum.
