Addendum 62f amends chapter 9 of the RESNET MINHERS® to clarify Provider Disciplinary Actions and Appeals Procedures. The changes to chapter 9 were initially adopted by interim Addendum 62i in response to legal challenges to RESNET standards that revealed the changes were needed to protect the organization. Interim Addendum 62i became mandatory on October 28, 2022, and will remain in effect until the completion and adoption of final Addendum 62f. The public comment period will begin February 27, 2023, and end April 13, 2023. Comments will only be accepted on changes indicated by strike through and underlined text in red print in the file.
