Proposed Addendum 56 amends the RESNET Mortgage Industry National Home Energy Rating Standards (MINHERS), Chapter 9 to establish Quality Assurance criteria for HERS® Modelers. HERS® Modeler is the new certification established by the RESNET Board of Directors required for all persons using RESNET accredited software to determine HERS® ratings for homes.
