Proposed Addendum 53f combines the amendments to MINHERS® Chapter 3 of interim addenda 53i and 55i. Interim addenda are adopted to resolve time critical problems. Interim addenda 53i and 55i provide modifications and clarifications of standards ANSI/RESNET/ICC 301-2019 and ANSI/RESNET/ACCA/ICC 310-2020 essential to updating rating software for implementation of those standards. Updated rating software must be available by April 1, 2021. The addendum includes changes to technical requirements of Standards 301-2019 and 310-2020 and exceptions that address the transition from Standard 301-2014 to 301-2019 for multi-family dwelling buildings.
