2022 RESNET Spring Board Meeting May 18, 2022 Chicago, IL A top priority for RESNET has always been the health and safety of RESNET Staff, Board Members, Rating Community and Stakeholders who attend RESNET programs and events. This priority is at the forefront of our planning to have a productive meeting where everyone is safe and comfortable. Upon RSVP’ing for the May 18, 2022, Spring Board of Directors Meeting, attendees will be asked to either 1) submit proof of COVID- 19 vaccination (*through 3rd party VOW) five days before the meeting or 2) submit proof of a negative COVID-19 test (through 3rd party VOW) 72 hours prior to attending the meeting. A printed or digital copy of your Negative COVID-19 test results, written in English, that indicates the type of test administered (PCR or Antigen) and has the attendee’s name and the date the test was administered will be accepted by VOW. Leading up to the Board Meeting, RESNET staff will continue to monitor federal and state health and safety protocols. The Crowne Plaza Chicago Hotel is located at 25 South Halsted Street, Chicago, Illinois 60661. In-person board meetings are open for RESNET Stakeholders to attend, but with a COVID-19 social distancing protocol in place, we are limiting seating for our Spring Board Meeting to 10 guests. All guests at the RESNET 2022 Spring Board Meeting will have to complete a waiver of lability and provide verification of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test. These requirements must be completed as outlined above, prior to the meeting. For those Board Members who cannot travel to Chicago, IL to attend an in-person event, we will have an audio listen-in option. Stay tuned for more details. Vaccine and Mask Requirements RESNET will require all meeting attendees to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, 5 days prior to the meeting or proof of a negative COVID-19 test 72 hours prior to the meeting. All attendees will be required to wear masks unless speaking or actively eating or drinking. Those without proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test as outlined will not be allowed to attend. *If you have already submitted vaccination status to VOW, you do not have to do so again.
